We regularly have to deal with spammers and other forms of abuse. Since most Neeto features are free—and we want to keep them that way—we place some limits on free workspaces.
These limits are intentionally low to make it harder to misuse Neeto. They can be increased for legitimate use.
Email limit
Each workspace can send up to 10 emails per hour.
If you send more than 10 emails within an hour, the additional emails are not lost. They are queued and sent in the following hour.
User limit
Each workspace can have up to 10 users.
Background process limit
Each workspace can run up to 10 background processes per hour.
Background processes include activities such as sending webhooks, sending SMS messages, and running automation rules.
